Though I was thinking of making it like an extension from one painting to the next (like a diptych), it has a completely different feeling to it after all. The colors are much cooler, like a shadow, where "Patchwork Sky" is sunnier.
From the grey blue corners to the brighter fuchsia, violet and lavender corners, this painting has a very dreamlike quality.
Tiny white highlights brighten the mood a bit. The subtle warmth of fuchsia provides a welcome contrast to the overall cool tones.
Excellent for a bedroom or quiet meditation room, this patchwork of cool colors will likely keep you calm.
